- Where did you grow up? Dallas, TX
- Are you married? Yes
- Do you have children? Yes, 3 boys
- Favorite sports team(s)? I’m not a big sports fan, but will cheer for the Cowboys, Rangers and Stars
- How did you get into plumbing? I was home from college for Spring break and helped my mother put her house back together following a bad plumbing job. The plumber tore up the house to fix some sewer leaks below the slab. A separate plumbing company came to the house to pick up the pieces. When the owner got to the house to evaluate the situation, we got to talking and he ended up offering me a job a few days later. I shifted my class schedule so I could start working with him. I was in school to become an architect so I was taking CAD, design, and engineering classes. The owner had an engineering firm as well, and I started working for both companies. I’ve been in the industry for over 30 years now and have been on my own as Jennings Plumbing Services for just over 20 years. I am a master plumber in Texas and Colorado. I am looking to gain Louisiana and Arkansas soon.
- What do you like about plumbing? I really like helping people and working with my hands. I like the challenges and different configurations that we see every day and trying to come up with ways to solve the issues correctly and cost-effectively.
- What do you do outside of work for fun? Out side of work, which consumes a lot of my time, i spend it with my wife and boys. We go to the lake, camping, hunting, ride side by side or our four wheelers, as much outside time as possible. My wife and i also do gardening in the spring and summer. We help our friend / family and our community where we can.
